Players and coaches on the Tennessee Titans have made it clear this offseason how excited they are to have rookie quarterback Cam Ward in the fold after the team selected him with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Ward is not lacking in confidence at all, and that is a good thing. When a rookie, especially a quarterback, enters the league, there can be a lot of stuff hitting them all at once. The change of scenery, along with the different personnel and learning the playbook, are just a few things players have to adjust to.
