HERNANDO COUNTY, Fla. — A 40-year-old man from Spring Hill was killed Monday night after he crashed his motorcycle with a car on U.S. Highway 41. The crash happened around 7:03 p.m., according to Florida Highway Patrol (FHP). The motorcyclist was traveling south on the highway while a 39-year-old man from Weeki Wachee was heading north.

LEON COUNTY, Fla. (WCTV) - A two-vehicle crash left a 74-year-old driver dead Monday in Leon County, according to Florida Highway Patrol. The crash happened just before 11:45 a.m. in the area of Geddie Road and U.S. Highway 90, according to FHP’s press release.

An 18-year-old is in custody after intentionally crashing into a Florida Highway Patrol vehicle in Palm Coast. According to arrest records, FHP was on the lookout for a driver who had been making threats on Tuesday.
