Robert Saleh became the fifth coach of the '21 class to receive the pink slip when he was fired by the New York Jets on Tuesday, just two days after a 23–17 loss to the Minnesota Vikings in London.

Former Jets coach Robert Saleh made his first public comments Wednesday, about 24 hours after the team fired him.

"It was probably inevitable, but it's more of the Jets not being able to get out of their own way. I’m not sure what firing (him) now does."
