The internet initially clowned former Vice President Kamala Harris for using outdated wired earphones. However, others are ditching their wireless earphones after her mysterious confession on The Late Show.

The former presidential candidate announced that she wouldn't be running for the California governor's race, saying, "I love this state, its people, and its promise. It is my home. But after deep reflection, I’ve decided that I will not run for Governor in this election."

Kamala Harris has revealed why she prefers to wear wired headphones following her time on the Senate Intelligence Committee. Appearing on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Friday (1 August), the former Vice President discussed a photograph of herself which shows herself wearing wired headphones whilst on the phone to Joe Biden.
