The Milwaukee Bucks got a couple of days of rest to hit the reset button as they try to end their four-game losing streak against the Charlotte Hornets on the road. The last time these two teams met up in Charlotte it all came down to a controversial call and a missed Giannis game-winner back on November 16 but were able to get their revenge on November 23 at home in Milwaukee.

The Milwaukee Bucks community expected to end this week wrestling with the the end of Khris Middleton’s time in cream and green. In the weeks preceding the trade deadline, Middleton was transitioned to a bench role where he showed some promise before the wheels fell off again last week in a pair of scoreless performances.

The Washington Wizards on Wednesday traded forward Kyle Kuzma to the Milwaukee Bucks for Khris Middleton and a 2028 first-round pick swap, a person with knowledge of the deal confirmed. ESPN first reported the trade.
