Memphis superstar Ja Morant seemed poised for a remarkable game, but the 25-year-old star went down in the third quarter with an apparent shoulder injury. Morant stayed down on the floor before being helped up and whisked to the locker room.

Ja Morant has a sprained right shoulder and will be considered week to week, the Memphis Grizzlies said Monday.

During the second half, superstar point guard Ja Morant went to the locker room with an injury. Morant had 25 points, two rebounds, seven assists and one steal while shooting 8/11 from the field and 3/4 from the three-point range in his first 25 minutes of playing time.
