Folks, the golf wave is upon us. Last year, for some reason, several different golf projects starring comedic actors were greenlit at different studios, and now we’ve finally got a sneak peek at the one that’s got Owen Wilson in it.

Apple TV+ has released first-look images from 'Stick,' an upcoming comedy series starring Owen Wilson as a washed-up former pro golfer.

Owen Wilson's golf comedy series "Stick" has set a June premiere date at Apple TV+. "Stick," which is created by showrunner Jason Keller, will debut its first three episodes on Wednesday, June 4 on Apple TV+,

Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson have been pals for years and were even rumored to have had an affair filming their romcom Marley & Me in 2008 – and a source exclusively tells In Touch they’re as tight as ever while helping each other’s careers and making plans to work together again in the future.

In addition to the release date, the streaming platform also revealed the name of the new show ("Stick"), the cast, and some fun PGA Tour cameos. Wilson plays Pryce Cahill, an ex-pro golfer whose career was cut short prematurely 20 years prior, who takes a 17-year-old golf prodigy named Santi (played by Peter Dager) under his wing.

Owen Wilson is heading to Apple TV+ in an all-new comedy series titled Stick, and as the show’s arrival grows closer, there are more details emerging surrounding the title.
