If you’ve been keeping up with the political landscape as of late you’d know that Nazism has seemingly made a comeback and while many are denying that the fascist ideology has any influence on their beliefs, Kanye West has no problem embracing the title and is in fact looking to profit from it.

TMZ reported he wore a white T-shirt with the black symbol associated with antisemitism on Thursday in Los Angeles. “I am a Nazi,” he wrote on X on Feb. 7. The artist had been selling the T-shirt on his site. In 2022, Adidas ended a partnership with him over his antisemitic comments.

The controversy deepened with West's vocal support for the Nazi symbol, which he defended as misunderstood, referencing its historical and cultural significance outside of Nazism. “When I use a swastika I render myself unusable to users,” West explained on X, “The swastika to shows n-ggas that we don’t have to be afraid of white people.”
