The Golden State Warriors lost Stephen Curry but won Game 1 of their second-round NBA playoff series against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday night. Curry exited early in the second quarter, did not return and is expected to miss a week after an MRI revealed a Grade 1 hamstring strain. Curry will definitely miss Thursday's Game 2 in Minnesota.

Coach Chris Finch called out Anthony Edwards for his performance. “You’re the leader of the team,” he said. “You’ve got to come out and set the tone.”

They did that despite the fact that Stephen Curry left the game early with a hamstring injury that could also keep him out of Game 2.
