The International Cycling Union has objected to the presence of Johan Bruyneel, Lance Armstrong’s former team manager, in staff areas of the Tour de France.
The Tour de France is in its final week and the racers return to the road for Stage 16 on Tuesday, July 22 after having their second and last rest day on Monday.
