COLUMBUS, Ohio — An Ohio Amber Alert has been issued for a 2-month-old boy who was reportedly abducted in Fairfield County during a domestic dispute Tuesday afternoon. The child, Caius Burris, has dark blond hair and blue eyes and was wearing a gray onesie and last seen near 4360 Cedarhill Road near Lithopolis.
