The West Wing is one of my all-time favorite shows. At this point, I’ll watch basically anything that Aaron Sorkin writes. However, one of the unfortunate things about the fact that Sorkin is mostly focused on making movies these days is that there’s just nothing on TV quite like The West Wing anymore.

The streamer released some first look photos on Thursday, which feature newest cast member Bradley Whitford, who Deadline previously reported will be reuniting with his former The West Wing co-star Allison Janney to play her husband and the First Gentleman of the United States.

Whitford will play Janney's husband on season 3. If anybody knows their way around the White House, it's Allison Janney and Bradley Whitford. Netflix has officially announced that Whitford will join his former West Wing costar Janney in the third season of The Diplomat.

Netflix officially revealed that Bradley Whitford will be joining Allison Janney on the third season of The Diplomat. The two actors had earlier worked together on the NBC cult TV show, The West Wing from 1999 to 2006.
