Phoenix Suns star Kevin Durant isn't interested in the Minnesota Timberwolves as a future trade destination, according to ESPN's Shams Charania.

According to Marc J. Spears of ESPN, Kevin Durant “wanted” the Phoenix Suns to trade him to the New York Knicks. However, the Knicks are not interested in trading for Durant, who turns 37 in September.

On Monday, ESPN confirmed that possibility, reporting that the Suns have focused on negotiations with three teams: the Rockets, Heat and Minnesota Timberwolves. The Timberwolves are obviously not one of the three teams on that list. According to Shams Charania, "Durant has no desire to be in Minnesota with the Timberwolves."
