Southeast Michigan has borne the brunt of today’s heavy rain. Some areas in Macomb County were reporting more than 3 inches of rain by mid-afternoon. A Flash Flood warning was issued, and photos and videos on social media showed cars stranded on some waterlogged roads, with the water reaching up to the top of the wheels.
