Astronomer CEO Andy Byron has resigned, the company announced in a statement. His resignation comes amid the Coldplay kiss scam scandal involving Kristin Cabot.

Kristin Cabot, the now-on-leave HR executive at Astronomer, flashed a wide smile and hefty wedding rings alongside Privateer Rum owner Andrew Cabot and two young kids, according to a Facebook post.
