A man already in state custody for second-degree murder is facing new first-degree murder charges in connection with the deaths of two homeless Massachusetts men more than a decade ago.

A 72-year-old Clackamas man has been charged in the killing of his son-in-law, according to the Clackamas County District Attorney’s Office and court records. The victim’s wife and 17-month-old child were inside the home at the time of the fatal shooting, officials said.

Austin Robert Drummond, 28, faces charges in the deaths last month of James Matthew Wilson, 21; Adriana Williams, 20; Cortney Rose, 38; and Braydon Williams, 15.
