The Florida Panthers are just one win away from being crowned NHL champions for a second consecutive season after a resounding 5-2 win over the Edmonton Oilers in Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Final Saturday night at Rogers Place in Edmonton.

Connor McDavid and the Edmonton Oilers will welcome Sergei Bobrovsky and the Florida Panthers back to Alberta, Canada for Game 5 of the 2025 Stanley Cup Final on Saturday. Leon Draisaitl scored the game-winning goal in overtime as the Oilers rallied out of a three-goal hole to win Game 4 in Florida 5-4 and tie the overall series 2-2.

It's hard to place much blame on Oilers goalie Stuart Skinner for the three goals he allowed in Game 4. But his benching provided a spark.

The winners for both awards will be revealed during the NHL’s one-hour awards program, airing at 6 p.m. ET on Thursday.
