Uncommon May nor'easter to bring rain, snow

Wintry weather continues to close the roadway through Rocky Mountain National Park, according to the National Park Service.
While a nor'easter delivered windswept rains to southern New England, two famous mountains to the north saw snowfall from the late-season storm.
Just hours after it opened for the season, Guanella Pass closed once again due to winter conditions. According to the Colorado Department of Transportation, the pass was closed between I-70 and County Road 62 on Friday morning.
The late-season nor'easter temporarily shut down Orange Line service in Boston, flooded streets on Cape Cod, and even dropped some seasonally unusual snow in New Hampshire.
What a great run this year at Mt. Bachelor and they will close it out with a nice festival for the Holiday weekend. Saturday will be a dry and mild day with temps in the 60s. Rain may arrive late in the day Sunday and linger into Monday.
