For the fifth time in less than a year since it was released, the Tesla Cybertruck has been recalled. This time the problem involves the rearview camera display which may not activate immediately after shifting the vehicle into reverse.

Tesla is recalling 27,185 Cybertruck vehicles because of visibility problems with their rearview camera. It is the fifth recall for the stainless steel electric pickup truck since it first hit the road at the end of 2023.

Tesla Inc. notified US auto-safety officials of a fifth recall involving the Cybertruck in the less than a year since the polarizing pickup launched.
