JACKSONVILLE – Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis held a press conference Thursday afternoon at the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. He was joined by Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles Executive Director Dave Kerner and Jacksonville Sheriff T.K. Waters.
