Jurickson Profar, coming off an All-Star showing with the San Diego Padres, is reportedly drawing interest from the Toronto Blue Jays and Houston Astros.

According to a report from Jon Morosi of MLB Network, the Toronto Blue Jays and free agent outfielder Anthony Santander have agreed to a contract. No terms are available at the time of this posting. The deal is pending a physical.

The Toronto Blue Jays have been looking for ways to bolster the offense and certainly did so on Monday afternoon.

Fans of the Toronto Blue Jays can finally get excited about the team landing a big-name player in free agency.

All in all, it's a five-year deal with an option for Santander with Toronto, as he should instantly help lengthen the team's lineup.

Santander was one of the best players still available in free agency and the contract details weren't initially reported. ESPN's Jeff Passan followed up the initial report and noted that Santander landed a five-year, $90 million deal with the Blue Jays.
