CBS has unveiled the names and faces of the 18 castaways competing in Survivor Season 48. Jeff Probst returns as host for the new season, which premieres with a two-hour episode on Wednesday, February 26 at 8 p.m. ET. The competition series will shift to 90-minute weekly episodes starting on Wednesday, March 5 at 8 p.m. ET.

Season 48 will follow the 18 castaways as they attempt to survive the elements and each other while stranded on picturesque but remote islands of Fiji. The players, who will be divided into three tribes of six, must navigate physical challenges and tenuous social alliances in the hope of becoming the Sole Survivor and winning $1 million.

The 18 new players for the 48th season of the reality series include a stunt performer, a pizzeria owner, and the first contestant with a speech impediment in the show's history.
