The New York Knicks have confirmed the hiring of Mike Brown as the team’s new head coach. Brown, a two-time NBA Coach of the Year, replaces Tom Thibodeau, who was fired by the Knicks last month after guiding the franchise to its deepest playoff run in 25 years.

One of the most notable names in the running to join New York’s staff is Darvin Ham. After spending two seasons as head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers and helping them to the 2023 Western Conference Finals, Ham spent last season as an assistant on Doc Rivers’ staff in Milwaukee.
