Country star Carrie Underwood gave an impromptu a cappella performance of 'America the Beautiful' at Donald Trump's second inauguration on Monday after a glitch left her without backing music.

After eluding to Carrie Underwood’s technical difficulties resulting in her singing an a capella version of “America the Beautiful” during the inauguration, Cyrus tried to soldier on and sing a part of “Achy Breaky Heart” before exiting the stage.

Greenwood, who has seen a resurgence in popularity through Trump’s campaign due to the President-elect’s use of his song, “God Bless the U.S.A,” showed off what he said was a limited-edition copy of the good book which features Trump’s name and “47th” president printed at the top along with the January 20, 2025 date.
