Los Angeles County is included in an updated flash flood warning issued by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 5:20 p.m. The warning is in effect until 9 p.m. “At 5:20 p.m., Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area.

On Wednesday at 7:57 p.m. a flood advisory was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until 11 p.m. for Dallas and Perry counties.
