The National Hurricane Center is now tracking four tropical waves with the development of a new one in the Caribbean.

Expect a rainy, hot day ahead as the low-pressure system that brought rain across North Florida moves up the Gulf Coast.

An area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms tracking westward near the northern Gulf Coast has a small chance to develop into a tropical depression through the end of the week. Regardless, it's still expected to bring some impacts in the form of rainfall and rip currents.
