Minnesota Vikings tight end T.J. Hockenson won't make his season debut in Week 7 against the Detroit Lions as he continues to recover from a knee injury.

Jones exited Minnesota’s Week 5 game against the New York Jets in London with what was initially called a hip injury. He was unable to return after halftime, but head coach Kevin O’Connell implied after the game that the injury was minor. There was hope, coming out of the bye week, that Jones would be ready to roll against the Lions in Week 7.

Week 7 should prove much tougher in terms of retaining a spotless record, as the Detroit Lions, last year's NFC runner-up, come to town for a showdown of the NFC North's top two contenders.
