A stomach illness contributed to Luka Dončić having his worst performance of the playoffs so far in the Los Angeles Lakers' 116-104 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves in Game 3 of their Western Conference series on Friday night.

Luka Doncic exploded for the Los Angeles Lakers to begin the team’s series in round one of the Western Conference playoffs. Doncic scored 37 points in Game 1 and 31 points in Game 2.

Jaden McDaniels scored 30 points, Anthony Edwards had 29, and the Minnesota Timberwolves finished strong for a 116-104 win over the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 3 of their Western Conference first-round playoff series in Minneapolis.
