Lumberton police said 18-year-old Brian Campbell turned himself in Monday evening. Ezekiel Burden, 17, remains on the run. Investigators said both are connected to the shooting.

Two suspects were quickly identified: Burden, and Brian Campbell of Lumberton. Campbell turned himself in at the Lumberton Police Department and was charged with accessory after the fact to a felony.
