The jury is expected to hear a half day of witness testimony on Monday. Jurors will be sent home at lunch to facilitate a voir dire hearing for two accident reconstruction experts testifying for Read’s defense.

Following testimony, Judge Beverly Cannone will hold a hearing on defense expert witnesses who found that John O’Keefe’s injuries weren’t consistent with being hit by a vehicle.

A voir dire hearing is expected in the afternoon to vet two crash reconstructionists from ARCCA Inc. for Karen Read's retrial.
