A loss prevention officer at the Lindbergh Kroger was stabbed while on the job, according to the Atlanta Police Department.

According to the Atlanta Police Department, one person was taken into custody following the stabbing and shoplifting call at the store that came in at around 5:30 p.m. The 33-year-old loss prevention officer was alert and responding to medics. He was later taken to the hospital for treatment.
