Luke Clanton received another sponsor’s exemption and will play in next week’s Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches. When he does so, he will have a new look and wear Nike Golf apparel at a PGA Tour event for the first time.

As a team, Florida State dominated in the final round, shooting 15-under 273 to come from behind and beat Alabama by nine shots. Michael Mays and Tyler Weaver tied for sixth at 5 under, and Weaver matched Clanton with a 5-under 67 in the final round. UCLA (13 under) and Georgia Tech (12 under) finished third and fourth, respectively.

Clanton, a South Florida native, will play his hometown event on a sponsor invite, though it will likely mean he'll miss the Cabo Collegiate, FSU's next tournament.

The Amateur World No.1 claimed the Watersound Invitational on the collegiate circuit, with Clanton set to make his PGA Tour return at the Congnizant Classic
