BALTIMORE — The Toronto Blue Jays have acquired reliever Seranthony Domínguez from the Baltimore Orioles, the club announced Tuesday, adding the back-end weapon they were after. The Jays will also receive cash in the deal, with pitching prospect Juaron Watts-Brown heading back to Baltimore.
