The Liam Coen saga has concluded after an unprecedented back-and-forth between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Jacksonville Jaguars, as the former Bucs offensive coordinator has agreed to become the next head coach of the Jaguars after initially withdrawing his candidacy earlier in the week to return to his OC role in Tampa Bay.

Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers OC Liam Coen had an awkward moment at his introductory presser as head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Bucs tried reaching out to Coen and his camp Thursday, they but did not hear back as the coach traveled to Jacksonville to finalize the deal, ESPN's Adam Schefter added. Coen eventually got back to Bucs head coach Todd Bowles to inform him of the interview with Jacksonville, Schefter followed up.
