The Pittsburgh Steelers’ 2025 draft strategy has been a hot topic of discussion, as the team looks to maximize the value of each pick. Instead of simply drafting the best prospects, the Steelers are focusing on finding the right fit and long-term value at each position.

This mock draft (ish) is a projection of how the Steelers can maximize value round by round. This is not a hedge of my bets. My final mock will drop next week. I think these positions are the most likely targets and the best value. I think ultimately, you’ll see a number of these guys in black and gold.
