DAKOTA CITY, Neb. (KTIV) - Federal authorities have confirmed to KTIV that a death occurred at a Tyson Foods plant in Northeast Nebraska. A U.S. Department of Labor spokesperson says the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, better known as OSHA, is investigating a “workplace fatality” at Tyson Foods in Dakota City.
