Nearly a week after deadly floods struck Central Texas, search and rescue teams are continuing to probe debris for those still missing.

Local officials have faced angry questions about whether they could have warned people of dangerous flash floods in Texas Hill Country sooner. Rescue teams from neighboring states and Mexico have joined local efforts to search for survivors,

Texas has confirmed 119 deaths as a result of the storms that dangerously raised the Guadalupe River 26 feet in under an hour. On Tuesday, first responders and volunteers fanned out on foot, horseback and boats.
