The Sundance Film Festival has announced the dates for its 2026 edition along with a Robert Redford celebration and Park City tribute.

A source from Sundance says that though the Egyptian will not be a venue there is a desire to find a moment during the final Park City festival to acknowledge the festival's shared history with the theater.

Sundance Festival and Public Programming Director Eugene Hernandez shared the news in a press release today. While too early to offer any specifics about which films would make the cut for the festival,
