Police say a gunman opened fire, killing three people, including a child, in a parking lot of a Target in Austin, Texas. The alleged shooter initially drove away from the scene, but was later caught by police.

Authorities in Texas have named the suspect who is accused of fatally shooting three people outside a Target store in Austin. Police arrested 32-year-old Ethan Nieneker in connection with the shooting after he allegedly fled the scene in a stolen car on Monday, Aug. 11, Austin Police Department said.
