Chelsea have had a longstanding interest in signing Victor Osimhen from Napoli. It had seemed as though a transfer to London would materialise for the Nigerian marksman last summer but the finances of a possible deal were not viable to the Blues,

Chelsea tried to sign Victor Osimhen in the summer but were unsuccessful. A former Nigerian U17 star has advised the Premier League club to go back for the striker.

Victor Osimhen remains very interested in playing for Chelsea and is weighing up a move to Stamford Bridge in January. Chelsea have been credited with a strong interest in Osimhen for a number of years and reportedly sent a delegation to Naples on deadline day to get a deal over the line for the striker ahead of the new season.

Galatasaray will look to make Nigeria striker Victor Osimhen's loan move from Napoli permanent, while Chelsea remain interested. However, the 25-year-old will cost £68m in January or £63m next summer.
