Net Zero - DCCEEW
About the Net Zero Plan. The Australian Government’s Net Zero Plan will lay out and extend Australia’s action on climate change. Australia, along with all parties to the Paris Agreement, has committed to the global goal of holding the increase in global average temperatures to well below 2 °C of warming and pursuing efforts to keep warming to less than 1.5 °C.
COP29: - DCCEEW
COP29 is the 29th annual meeting. It will be held in Baku, Azerbaijan, from 11-22 November 2024. As it has done each year, Australia will send an official delegation to represent the country as humanity strives to limit the global temperature increase to less than 2 degrees.
